01 Location
South Park, Downtown Los Angeles.
Two studios on the second floor, a 10 to 15 minute walk from the LA Convention Center and Crypto.com Arena.
A site manager from our team will meet you at the entrance to your studio at your scheduled arrival time.
02 Entrances
Two entrances, on two streets.
GPS may send you to Hope Street. For the Loft, turn onto S Pembroke Ln, the alley off Venice Blvd.

The Loft
Turn onto S Pembroke Ln from Venice Blvd. The Loft entrance is the forest-green door, first on your left.
The Black Box
On Hope Street, under the awning with the gold-gated doors. This is also the way in for deliveries, step-free access and anyone who needs the elevator.
To the Loft
Walk up S Pembroke Ln toward Venice Blvd. The Loft is the forest-green door, last on the right.
To the Black Box or elevator
Exit the lot onto Hope Street and turn left toward Venice Blvd. Look for the awning with the gold-gated doors.
03 Parking
Where to park.
ParcScan
The lot behind the warehouses, entered from S Hope St or S Pembroke Ln (unless the alley is closed for an event). $7 to $10 per vehicle. Scan the QR code in the lot to pay. To reserve spaces, call ParcScan at 213.210.8068, or ask us to book parking when you book your studio.

Parking prices jump during big events at Crypto.com Arena and the Convention Center. On those days, point your guests to rideshare.

05 Accessibility
Access information.
Both studios are on the second floor, 26 steps up from the alleyway entrance.
Elevator
A passenger elevator is at the Hope Street entrance. Call 213.478.1151 for access. During events, a LINT staff member is there to take guests up.
Restrooms
Two wheelchair-accessible restrooms, for chairs up to 27 inches wide, on either side of the bar and kitchen.
Quiet space
For events with strobes or loud sound, the glass meeting room can be set up as a quiet room.

All ages are welcome unless your event says otherwise. If you need something not listed here, email booking@lint.studio and we'll do our best to make it work.
