Everything you need for a smooth experience at LINT
Insurance is required for all rentals with over 50 guests and will cost approximately $150. You can easily purchase insurance through our partner via The Event Helper (we'll automatically receive a copy), or email your certificate to coordinator@studio3xp.com if purchased elsewhere.
Security for Larger Events
If hosting 100+ guests or an evening event, arrange security through your LINT production coordinator. Security is $45/hr per guard.
Your onsite manager will meet you at the entrance to your rented studio at your scheduled arrival time.
Studio A: The Loft
Address: 418 Venice Blvd (primary entrance for clients and guests). From the parking lot: Walk through the alleyway towards Venice Blvd. The Loft entrance is the last door on the right.
Studio B: Black Box
Address: 1611 S Hope Street. Under the awning with the gold-gated doors (main building entrance). This entrance also provides access to the passenger elevator for vendors and accessibility needs.
If You're Using the Onsite Parking Lot
Vendors & Deliveries
Parking
JAZ Parking in the attached lot ($10–15 per vehicle via app). To reserve multiple spaces or the entire lot: 323.788.8954. Rates increase during major events at Crypto.com Arena or Convention Center. We strongly recommend rideshare for guests.
Accessibility
Studios are on the 2nd floor with 26 steps. Elevator available at the Hope Street entrance (1611 S Hope Street). Call 213-478-1151 for elevator access. Two wheelchair-accessible bathrooms (up to 27" wide). The glass meeting room can serve as a quiet space for events with strobe lights or high sound.
Sound System
For the ceiling-mounted sound system, connect your device to "soundsystem" via Bluetooth. A complimentary speaker and wireless microphone are available for all bookings.
Projectors & Screen
Both studios have projectors available. Connection is via HDMI. We have an HDMI-to-USB-C adapter onsite. For any other adapter types (DisplayPort, Mini HDMI, etc.), please bring your own or use our house computer to connect.
Lighting Controls
The Philips Hue LED lighting system allows complete customization. Ask your onsite manager to set lighting to your preferences, or get access to the Philips Hue app for the duration of your rental.
Kitchen Facilities
A refrigerator and freezer are available. Please wash any LINT dinnerware, ceramics, or appliances before the end of your rental. We recommend bringing any specialized items you require.
Noise Guidelines
We value positive relationships with our neighbors. Loud music must end by 12:00 AM Sunday–Thursday and by 2:00 AM Friday–Saturday. The onsite manager may ask you to lower volume if disturbances occur. Repeated noise violations may result in event termination without refund.
For Extended Hours / Late Night bookings, modified noise guidelines are specified in your rental agreement.

Conduct Expectations
LINT is committed to an inclusive, respectful environment. Treat the space and others with consideration. Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, ageism, or any form of harassment is grounds for immediate expulsion without refund. The onsite manager has full authority to address conduct issues.
Additional Time Requests
Speak with your onsite manager. Pre-arranged additional hours are charged at your contracted rate. Unplanned overtime: $350/hour in 30-minute increments.
