December dates are open for team parties and year-end dinners in Downtown LA.
01 The room
A loft that holds a dinner or a crowd.
The Loft
More than 3,000 square feet on the second floor, with big windows, a glass breakout room, and a full kitchen and bar.
From 20 guests to 250
The Loft holds up to 250 guests standing. For groups under about 60 we set a lounge layout that uses part of the room and keeps it intimate.
The bar and the kitchen
For receptions the bar goes in the kitchen, with stations and lounges by the windows.
The Black Box
Add our second, soundproofed room as a green room, a breakout space or a place for your caterer to work.
02 What it costs
One price, all in.
December is still open, including Friday and Saturday evenings, Christmas week and New Year's Eve.

Each price includes a site rep for the whole booking, cleaning, production coordination with Studio 3XP, our house sound system with two wireless mics, a projector and screen, lighting, WiFi, and our house tables and chairs.
Security is quoted separately, based on your guest count.
03 Good to know
The practical details.
Food and drink
Bring your own caterer, with no minimums. Food trucks can park in the lot or the alley. LINT has no liquor license, so alcohol should be served by a licensed bartender or caterer. United Wild Brew, the mobile bar in our building, is one option.
Music and decor
Amplified music ends by midnight Sunday through Thursday and by 2am on Friday and Saturday. Candles and open flames are welcome with advance notice. Please use low-tack tape only, with no nails, glitter or foil confetti.
Getting here
We are at 418 Venice Blvd, about a 10-minute walk from the LA Convention Center and close to Metro Pico Station. The attached lot is run by ParcScan, and there is a passenger elevator. See the visit guide.
Booking
A 50% deposit and a signed agreement hold your date, and both are done online through one link. Events with more than 50 guests need a certificate of insurance naming LINT.
