LINT is located at 418 Venice Blvd in the South Park neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles. Our building houses two production-ready studios on the second floor, a 10–15 minute walk from the LA Convention Center and Crypto.com Arena.
Your onsite manager will meet you at the entrance to your rented studio at your scheduled arrival time.
Our building has two entrances on opposite sides. GPS will direct you to Hope Street, but the primary entrance for clients and guests is through the alleyway on the Venice Blvd side.
418 Venice Blvd — Primary Entrance
From the parking lot, walk through the alleyway towards Venice Blvd. The Loft entrance is the last door on the right.
1611 S Hope Street
Under the awning with the gold-gated doors (main building entrance). This entrance also provides access to the passenger elevator for vendors and accessibility needs.
If You're Using the Onsite Parking Lot
JAZ Parking (Attached Lot)
Parking in the lot attached to our building is managed by JAZ Parking. Download the app by scanning the QR code in the lot. Payment is made directly in the app ($10–15 per vehicle). To reserve multiple spaces or the entire lot, contact JAZ Parking at 323.788.8954.

Studio A (The Loft) and Studio B (Black Box) are on the second floor with 26 steps from the alleyway entrance.
Elevator Access
A passenger elevator is available at the Hope Street entrance (1611 S Hope Street). Call 213-478-1151 for elevator access. During events, a LINT staff member is present to escort guests to the elevator.
Wheelchair-Accessible Bathrooms
Two bathrooms accessible for wheelchairs up to 27" wide, located on each side of the bar/kitchen area.
Quiet Spaces
For events with strobe lights or high sound levels, the glass meeting room can be set up as a quiet, accessible space.
