The alley is open.
An outdoor room beside the Loft, under string lights, for events that need more space.
01 What it adds
More room, and the outdoors.
More capacity
Opening the alley raises capacity to about 500 to 600 guests.
Indoors and out
The Loft entrance opens onto the alley, so an event can run upstairs and outside at the same time.
Dinners, markets and food trucks
The alley has hosted long-table dinners. It also works for vendor booths, and food trucks can park in the alley or the lot.
Late hours
Outdoor events can run late, with approval. Tell us your hours and we will confirm them in your quote.
02 What it costs
Activating the alley for your event.
These prices are for using the alley as event space. They are added to your studio booking, which we quote separately.

03 Larger events
What a bigger event needs.
Planning
Events for more than 250 guests are planned with our team before we send a quote.
Security
We ask for one licensed guard for every 100 guests. We can book them, or you can bring your own licensed and insured team.
Insurance
Events with more than 50 guests need a certificate of insurance naming LINT.
