01 The rooms

Room to think, and a second room to break out.

The Loft

More than 3,000 square feet with big windows, a projector and screen, and room for up to 150 people in rows.

The glass room

A glass breakout room inside the Loft, for a small group or a quiet space away from the main session.

The Black Box

A second, soundproofed room next door for a breakout session or a screening.

The kitchen

A full kitchen with a fridge and freezer. Bring your own caterer, with no minimums.

02 What a day costs

Both studios, one price.

January is open, and now is a good time to hold a date.

  • One dayThe Loft and the Black Box, Monday through Thursday, eight hours including setup$2,000
  • Two daysThe Loft and the Black Box, eight hours each day$3,800

Each price includes a site rep for the whole booking, cleaning, production coordination with Studio 3XP, our house sound system with two wireless mics, a projector and screen, lighting, WiFi, and our house tables and chairs.

We keep 35 folding chairs on site, and more seating can be arranged through a rental vendor at additional cost. Fridays, weekends and evening hours are priced at our evening rate, so tell us your hours and we will quote them.

03 Getting here

Easy for a team to reach.

Address

418 Venice Blvd, on the second floor, with a passenger elevator.

Transit

Metro Pico Station (A and E lines) is nearby, and we are about a 10-minute walk from the LA Convention Center.

Parking

The attached lot is run by ParcScan, at about $7 to $10 a car. The whole lot can be reserved for your group.

Accessibility

There are two wheelchair-accessible bathrooms and a passenger elevator. See the visit guide.

04 How booking works

Four steps.

  • 01Tell us the plan. The inquiry form takes about two minutes.
  • 02Get a quote, within one business day.
  • 03Hold the date. One link lets you confirm the details, sign the agreement and pay the 50% deposit online.
  • 04Plan the day with your production coordinator at Studio 3XP.
